That would make me smile.

If it's me you want around,
I would stay for a while.

Or  maybe even more,

If you feel like me...
It's you that I adore.

If you would cry;
I'd never say goodbye.

If you would be sick,
I'd be there swift.

If you would get cold,
Your shoulders I'd cover with my coat.
Hold you tight as we gently,
Fade into the night.

When you would be out,
I would never have a doubt.

But when I say all I said is true;
Would it have one day -
The same meaning for you?
