
Workout - Dynamic
This is a simple Workout Plan Sheet made in Google Sheets.
It comes with the possibility to select a date, on which it will update itself.
If you wish to print this document, by the month you did your workout on,
please select the range, then click - print.
On the print screen, select print by Range.
After the layout is set, select Destination and click "Save as PDF"
You can view this in google sheets & make a copy for your own uses.
After you have logged into your Google account,
Select "File" then select "Make a copy" this way the sheet remains the same for everyone,
and you can edit, and create your own version of it.
